Job summary

Dollar Tree Canada is hiring a part-time Customer Service Associate in Richmond Hill. You will assist customers, process transactions, and protect store assets. You’ll help stock shelves, unload deliveries, and maintain a clean, safe, and inviting shopping environment for guests and colleagues.

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving are essential, with the ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods. Prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing and pulling.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
