Role

As a Customer Service and Sales Advisor, you will leverage your consulting and relationship-building skills to respond to customer inquiries and guide them according to their needs. You will be the go-to resource for understanding customer requirements and recommending the most suitable solutions from our range of water heaters, heat pumps, electric vehicle charging stations, and other products.

Your goal? Deliver an outstanding customer experience with every interaction by focusing on service excellence and a deep understanding of customer needs. You will contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty while supporting sales objectives through a consultative approach built on trust, guidance, and value creation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls and online customer inquiries regarding our products and services;
• Promote the features and benefits of our products and services to prospective customers;
• Assess customer needs, provide expert product recommendations, and prepare corresponding quotations;
• Maintain thorough follow-ups while acting as a liaison between customers, representatives, and suppliers;
• Perform various administrative tasks, such as updating customer records, data entry, document filing, and more.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong customer relationships quickly and easily;
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail;
• Recognized for sales and negotiation skills;
• Comfortable using computer systems, including Outlook, Excel, and Adobe;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a collaborative mindset;
• Bilingual (French and English) to effectively serve both English-speaking and French-speaking customers and provide quality service in both languages;
• Previous call center experience is considered an asset;
• Available to work according to operational needs (between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday).
