Customer Service Agent - (Remote / Full-time / Afternoon & Evening)

Join us to apply for the Customer Service Agent - (Remote / Full-time / Afternoon & Evening) role at Seedbox Technologies.

Seedbox is seeking a full-time customer service agent for our afternoon & evening shift. As a customer service agent, you will represent our brand and support Seedbox in achieving its business goals by engaging with clients to resolve issues efficiently.

A key aspect of this role is that the customer service phone line closes at 5 p.m., leaving only the first three hours of your shift for calls. After that, communication is handled via email and chat. How great is that!

You Are Perfect For This Position If You
  • possess excellent spoken & written English skills (French and other languages are assets)
  • are available to work 40 hours/week, Friday to Tuesday, from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. EST
  • can attend remote training from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, Monday to Friday, for 4 to 6 weeks before shifting to the regular schedule
  • have a dedicated, quiet home workspace, high-speed wired internet, and a webcam for training and meetings
  • have a proven track record in customer service and enjoy sales
  • are tech-savvy, comfortable switching between software, websites, and multiple screens
  • can handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously across chat, phone, and email
  • are a fast typist to keep up with multiple conversations
  • are familiar with streaming services and web browsers
  • are punctual and maintain a positive attitude
