Job summary

Fox Rent A Car in Ontario, Canada is hiring a Customer Service Agent to join our on-site team as a Ready Line Agent or a Return Agent. You will greet returning customers warmly, inspect vehicles, verify fuel and mileage, secure keys, and review rental charges with clarity to ensure a smooth handoff.

You'll keep the ready line area organized, prep vehicles, assist with exchanges or upgrades, and help customers locate their rentals while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• As a Return Agent: greet customers warmly, inspect returning vehicles for damage, record mileage and verify fuel levels, secure keys and remove belongings, report mechanical issues, review final rental contracts and explain charges.
• As a Ready Line Agent: keep the ready line clean and organized, ensure vehicles are cleaned and prepped, inspect for quality, assist with exchanges/upgrades, ensure checkout slips accompany vehicles, help customers locate cars and assist with luggage, move and park vehicles as needed.
