Job description

Location: Kendal, ONPay Rate: $18/hourHours: Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM start time, fluctuating end timeWe are seeking a reliable and intuitive Customer Service / Administrative Assistant to join our team in Kendal.This role involves a variety of duties including answering phones, greeting customers, organizing files, and processing payments. Experience with bookkeeping is a strong asset. The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable working independently, demonstrates excellent intuition, and thrives in a dynamic environment where each day may be slightly different.Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally
  • Greet customers and provide front-line service
  • Organize and maintain filing systems
  • Process customer payments accurately
  • Support basic bookkeeping tasks (experience is an asset)
  • Perform general office administrative duties as required
Requirements:
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
  • Experience with bookkeeping is a definite asset
  • Ability to adapt to a fluctuating daily schedule
