Responsibilities

About the role:

  • Interact effectively with internal and external customers and dealers.
  • Evaluate account information and correspondence, complete administrative tasks, and make sound business decisions.
  • Utilize knowledge of financial services or banking customer service systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Make informed business decisions based on accurate analysis of information.
  • Provide excellent customer service, demonstrate mathematical aptitude, and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Maintain attention to detail with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while actively participating in a team environment.

Qualifications

  • Manage timely and accurate responses to multi-channel internal and external requests related to Lease & Loan accounts.
  • Proven experience interacting with customers and dealers.
  • Ability to evaluate account information and correspondence, complete administrative tasks, and make sound decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of financial services or banking customer service systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Make sound business decisions based on accurate information analysis.
  • Excellent customer service skills, mathematical aptitude, and attention to data entry.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Team player capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to team efforts.

Experience

  • Secondary School diploma required.
  • Post-secondary education preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in customer service or office environment preferred.
  • Previous automotive industry experience is a plus but not required.
