Okotoks Nissan is hiring a Customer Sales Representative to engage customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the best vehicle choice. You will present features, pricing, and financing options, working closely with the sales and finance teams to close deals and complete documentation.

The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service, handling deliveries, and representing a family-owned dealer in the community.

What You’ll do as a Sales Consultant:

• Meet with customers and prospective buyers to understand needs and match them with their perfect vehicle through test drives, walk arounds and demonstrations
• Share product features and benefits, pricing and payment options
• Work closely with the Sales Manager and Finance Manager to arrange for vehicle financing, applications and warranty
• Finalize the sales and complete all related documentation
• Support customers on delivery day to ensure everything is in place as they drive off the lot in their brand new vehicle
