What it’s all about:
As a Client Retention Sales Specialist, you will foster strong relationships with existing clients, ensure their satisfaction, and maximize sales through persuasive techniques. Your role involves proactive communication, problem-solving, and personalized service to keep customers content and encourage further engagement with the company. You will work closely with Regional Leaders and leverage your expertise in hearing aid products and services.

What will you do:
- Drive Client Sales: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase client sales via telecommunications.
- Customer Retention Strategies: Develop and execute strategies to retain and nurture existing clients, including personalized follow-ups and proactive outreach.
- Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with Regional Leaders and clients by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing timely solutions. Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and KPIs.
- Sales Enhancement: Use persuasive selling techniques to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services, maximizing sales opportunities.
- Product Knowledge and Expertise: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products and services, stay updated on new offerings, and provide training or guidance to customers as needed.
- Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for product or service improvements.
