Job summary

FedEx in Vaughan, Ontario is seeking an interview-position associate to provide accurate information and assistance to customers requiring direct interface, and to perform administrative duties essential for efficient operations.

This role supports ongoing sales opportunities and incremental revenue while adapting to a monitored, fast-paced environment. The position features a PPT shift schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 4:00 pm to 9:30 pm, and requires training completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/equivalent; college diploma preferred.
• Knowledge of Canadian Customs regulations preferred.
• Knowledge of FedEx Express and Ground products & services preferred.
• Ability to successfully complete all basic and recurrency training.
• Must lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.
• Must complete mandatory training and testing.
