Job description

Job Position Overview

This is an interview position focused on providing accurate information and assistance to customers requiring direct customer interface. The role includes performing administrative duties necessary for efficient operations, promoting continued sales, and generating potential incremental revenue wherever possible.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college diploma preferred.
  • Knowledge of Canadian Customs regulations and FedEx Express and Ground products and services preferred.
  • Ability to successfully complete all basic and recurrency training.
  • Physical ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.
  • Ability to meet minimum thresholds on mandatory testing and training.
  • Proficiency in operating in a PC Windows environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle stress and work effectively in a highly pressured, monitored, and changing environment.
Preferred Qualifications

Additional qualifications may include bilingual abilities (French and English) for candidates residing in Quebec, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record if driving is a core part of the role.
