The Bi-lingual Customer Relations Associate role will make an impact by:

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls professionally.
• Processing manual and EDI orders in SAP accurately and promptly, including informing customers of back-order items, notifying them when products are back in stock, providing order status, product information, and proof of deliveries.
• Addressing and logging complaints and ADRs.
• Ordering replacement products and investigating/resolving product complaints with QA.
• Launching new products and informing Trade partners (wholesalers, ECC Net, and direct customers).
• Collaborating effectively with internal departments.
• Generating reports from SAP.
• Implementing communication strategies/programs from Marketing to build business and respond to inquiries (internal and external).
• Understanding special requirements for Narcotic orders.
• Providing tailored customer service/support based on customer needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• University or College education.
• At least 2 years of experience handling high-volume phone calls in a customer service or order entry environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a changing environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is essential.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Understanding of SOPs.
• Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical or Consumer Packaging Industry is an asset.
• Understanding of complaint procedures and ADR requirements and their urgency.
