Job summary

Giant Tiger in Strathroy, Ontario, is hiring a Store Associate (Part-Time). You will deliver high levels of customer service, handle transactions, replenish checkout area stock, manage SKUs and markdowns, and maintain store presentation.

Typical shifts include days, evenings and weekends with 24 hours weekly for part-time or 35-40 hours for full-time; benefits and a structured bonus program are available for eligible team members.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a high level of customer service.
• Record customer transactions at the register, mainline and SCOs.
• Replenish merchandise around the checkout area.
• Execute markdowns and SKU changes as needed.
• Maintain planograms, labels, tickets and signing standards.
• Perform cycle counts as required.
• Ensure compliance when selling Tobacco and Lottery.
• Follow health and safety policies and guidelines.
• Keep the checkout area clean and organized.
• Adhere to loss prevention practices.
