Carter’s is seeking a Sales Associate in Ottawa, Ontario. You will greet customers, help them explore baby and children’s apparel, and support omnichannel shopping to ensure a seamless experience.

You’ll handle POS transactions, maintain shelves, and promote promotions and loyalty programs. Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills, with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits
• Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers and balance a number of customers in a busy retail environment
• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed
• Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program to customers
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store
