You will help customers with product selection, promote services, and keep the floor organized and ready for customers, with shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy in restocking, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Age – 16 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product selection, promoting products and services, helping locate merchandise, supporting purchase decisions, and resolving or referring customer concerns.
• Covers assigned areas of the sales floor and assists with Front End coverage when required.
• Zones assigned areas to maintain a clean and organized sales floor; moves feature merchandise to its modular location.
• Stocks merchandise and completes downstocking; sets modulars and refills shelf caps.
• Maintains a safe, clean work environment by following policies and procedures and ensuring displays are secure.
• Be open to working evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Manages high task volumes and ensures restocking and recovery are completed accurately.
• Performs physical tasks including standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
