RONA is seeking a store administration associate to greet customers, process transactions, balance cash, and support store operations at our Ottawa-area locations. The role emphasizes accurate cash handling, friendly service, and adherence to loss prevention and safety policies in a dynamic retail environment.

The successful candidate will contribute to a positive shopping experience, work well with team members, and participate in ongoing training and company programs designed to support career

• Greet and engage with customers in a courteous manner.
• Process transactions precisely and accurately.
• Keep all checkout work stations clean and uncluttered.
• Create and balance the cash report at the end of each shift.
• Ensure compliance with loss prevention, health and safety policies.
• Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly.
