We’re looking for 20 seasoned Customer Experience Specialist each month from now until the end of the year, who want to start in our queues, solve problems, understand complex systems, and grow fast. If you’re someone who dives deep, thinks critically, and treats every conversation as a chance to build trust and clarity, you’re our kind of person.

We prefer to promote from within, and this frontline role is your chance to master our business from the ground up. Our best agents often step into new roles within 3 to 6 months.
