Customer Experience Specialist (Non-USA)

At Clipboard Health, our Worker Operations team owns every part of the worker journey. We ensure our marketplace is reliable, high-performing, and built on trust. Starting as an entry-level, you’ll operate with urgency, ownership, and a future leadership mindset. We’re seeking experienced customer support professionals eager to solve challenging problems, build operational expertise, and grow into leadership roles. Note: We operate 24/7. Shifts are 5 days within a 7-day cycle (Sunday to Saturday), requiring availability on both Saturday and Sunday to support peak times. Shifts are assigned based on business needs.

Must Haves

  • Fluent, professional-level English (spoken and written)
  • 2+ years of customer support experience via chat or voice
  • 2+ years using CRMs like Zendesk or Salesforce
  • 2+ years using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.) in a professional setting
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and initiative
  • Strong attention to detail and sound judgment under pressure
  • Collaborative attitude contributing to team success

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide fast, accurate, and empathetic support to healthcare professionals via chat, voice, and email, resolving issues related to shifts, payments, and the platform in real-time
  • Use tools like Zendesk and Salesforce to investigate cases, update information, log notes, and maintain documentation
  • Apply sound judgment and critical thinking to troubleshoot, follow or adapt workflows, and escalate when necessary
  • Personalize communication with macros, proofread carefully, address workers by name, and maintain a confident, helpful tone
  • Monitor trends and report recurring issues or process gaps to enhance worker experience and operations
  • Assist in onboarding by guiding new workers through platform workflows and building their confidence
  • Uphold values such as speed, ownership, and high standards in all interactions
