Job summary

Clutch Technologies Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator in Halifax to be the face of our online car-buying platform. You will deliver a high-touch customer experience at our new facility, resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 1+ years in retail, 2+ years of customer-facing experience, a valid Class 5 license, and a clean driving record. This is a full-time role with 40 hours per week and benefits starting day one.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail is an asset.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a special experience to customers at our new facility.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing needs and ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.
• Inspect vehicles and identify potential issues to maintain high quality of service.
• Complete customer paperwork accurately and take thorough notes in the tracking system.
• Support teammates with various tasks as needed.
