RONA is seeking a friendly customer service associate to assist customers in-store and over the phone, handling information requests and special orders. You will maintain store presentation, manage inventory, and stay informed about promotions.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and sales skills demonstrated in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to listen to customer needs and make appropriate recommendations.
• Comfort with bending, lifting and stocking merchandise as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with information and product requirements in-store or by phone.
• Prepare special orders and coordinate with the Special Order Purchaser for pricing and delivery dates.
• Maintain store presentation, stock levels and signage, and monitor inventory.
• Keep up-to-date with flyers and promotions and participate in product knowledge training.
• Support store operations to ensure smooth daily running.
