Customer Experience Associate - Future Opportunities

Job Overview

At TD Canada Trust, we are the frontline of TD Bank, dedicated to building deep and long-lasting relationships with our customers. We perform a broad range of customer service transactions and provide information and advice on services, products, and solutions to both existing and prospective customers. Our goal is to understand customer needs, promote suitable products and services, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Location and Schedule

Location: Gravenhurst, Ontario, Canada

Schedule: 15 hours/week

Key Responsibilities
  • Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments following standard procedures and regulations.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions, maintaining discretion in confidential matters.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Achieve sales and service goals by promoting banking solutions and completing transactions accurately and promptly.
  • Engage with customers personally to advise on banking solutions and processes.
  • Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by promoting teamwork and participating in personal development.
  • Support team activities, stay dedicated, and keep colleagues informed about routine activities.
  • Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet use.
  • Initiative, accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, in a calm and courteous manner.
