About the role

As a Customer Experience Associate in Alexandria, ON, this temporary, part-time position (15 hours/week) makes you the face, character, and heart of our branches. Scotiabank prioritizes putting customers first and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Our Customer Experience Associates are people-centric, connecting with customers in a relatable way. As a vital part of the Canadian Banking Branch network, your focus will be to provide exceptional service throughout the customer journey by:

  1. Proactively discovering customer needs and listening to understand their requests
  2. Processing daily transactions
  3. Nurturing long-standing relationships
  4. Contributing to branch targets by identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities
  5. Sharing your technological knowledge by introducing clients to mobile banking applications and assisting them in managing their banking needs
