About the role

As a Customer Experience Associate in Alexandria, ON, this temporary, part-time role (15 hours/week) places you at the forefront of our branches. At Scotiabank, we prioritize our customers' needs and aim to help them achieve their financial goals.

Our Customer Experience Associates are customer-centric, engaging with clients in a relatable manner. As a vital part of the Canadian Banking Branch network, your responsibilities include:

• Proactively discovering customers' needs and listening carefully to their requests
• Processing daily transactions
• Contributing to branch targets by identifying and pursuing simple sales opportunities
• Sharing your technical knowledge by introducing clients to our mobile banking applications and helping them manage their banking needs effectively

In this role, you will:

• Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service
• Identify and address customer needs
• Explain complex concepts in a simple manner
• Perform well in a target-driven environment and support team success
• Show eagerness to learn and a determination to succeed

Qualifications and skills required:
