Details of Compensation: $22.50 - $28.33 CAD

Location: Oakville, Ontario, Canada

Schedule: 15 hours/week

Role Responsibilities
  • Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments following standard procedures and regulations.
  • Understand customer needs to recommend suitable solutions discreetly and confidentially.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Meet goals and objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing tasks accurately and timely.
  • Provide personalized advice on banking solutions to customers.
  • Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment.
  • Support team effectiveness and keep colleagues informed about routine activities.
  • Deliver excellent customer experiences and suggest operational improvements.
Job Requirements
  • High School diploma and/or 1+ years relevant experience.
  • Degree or equivalent is an asset.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and internet use.
  • Initiative, accuracy, and attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in a calm and courteous manner.
