Job Description

Department Overview: At TD Canada Trust, we are the front line of TD Bank. We aim to build deep, long-lasting relationships with our customers by performing a broad range of customer service transactions and providing information and advice on services, products, and solutions. We understand customer needs and identify opportunities to promote products and services, referring customers to the appropriate team or internal partner, ensuring a positive experience.

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Schedule: 37.5 hours/week

Sector: Personal and Commercial Banking Services

This role involves processing financial transactions, understanding customer needs, resolving concerns, promoting banking solutions, and contributing to a positive team environment. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, organizational skills, proficiency with MS Office, and strong communication skills.
