The Challenge

The Customer Experience Advisor will own the customer journey, resolving inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Your role is to deliver exceptional, personalized experiences, ensuring seamless and delightful interactions that are data-informed.

We are hiring enthusiastic individuals for various shifts at our Mascouche, Quebec HQ.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide exceptional support across all channels, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Act as a customer advocate, reflecting Polestar’s commitment to quality and innovation.
  • Proactively engage with customers to enhance their experience.
  • Use data and insights to identify trends and drive improvements.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, quality, and operations teams to relay customer feedback.
  • Utilize analytics to identify process improvements.
  • Promote Polestar’s values, products, and services.
Who You Are
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail, automotive, or tech call centers.
  • Fluent in French-Canadian and English, both spoken and written.
  • Proven ability to deliver superior customer experiences.
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to connect effectively.
  • Ability to assess complex situations and offer creative solutions.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • Interest in sustainable products, electric vehicles, and the Polestar brand.
