Job summary

Toronto Hydro Corporation is seeking a Customer Connections Associate to support the end-to-end intake for customer-initiated connections projects. You will work with design stakeholders and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate data and strong customer experience.

The role requires a university degree or technologist diploma and 2–5 years of relevant experience, with hybrid onsite work in Toronto and strong MS Office, CRM, SAP skills.

Qualifications

• University degree (Bachelor of Technology with Energy Systems or Electrical/Electromechanical diploma).
• 3 (2) to 5 years of relevant professional experience; combination considered.
• Program management experience is an asset.
• Strong understanding of electrical power distribution and operations preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Teamwork and cross-department collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM, SAP, and Billing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for end-to-end intake process from triage to project close.
• Prepare initiation protocols and assess technical requirements for assigned projects.
• Prepare pre-design packages and summarize documents for account management.
• Track and monitor customer connections requests in CRM and other systems.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer disputes and improve processes.
• Consolidate data to support analysis and management decisions.
• Support departmental projects to improve customer connections management.
