Vidir Solutions Inc. in Teulon, Manitoba is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to deliver a superior customer experience across the design, manufacturing and installation lifecycle.

You will build strong relationships with customers and internal teams, coordinate orders from receipt to installation, and advocate for customers to meet delivery expectations while keeping Vidir at the forefront of decisions. This role emphasizes communication, organization, and hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and the ability to problem solve.
• Excellent organizational skills – ability to, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Proficient using Microsoft office Programs.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Teamwork and Collaboration Skills
• Demonstrated emotional intelligence.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is not required but would be considered an asset for this role.

Responsibilities

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with the customer accounts.
• Start and monitor the progress of each order from initial receipt to completed installation, treating each order as a mini project by walking the customer through the sale, design, fabrication, and installation process while ensuring timely results are achieved to meet the customer’s expected delivery date.
• Determine a delivery and installation time that meets the customer expectation and available installation timeslot.
• Act as liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emergency problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
• Recording keeping of all customer interactions.
• Position themselves in their customer’s shoes and advocate for them when necessary, keeping Vidir in the forefront of their decisions.
