Vidir Solutions Inc. in Manitoba is seeking a Production Labourer for the Afternoon Shift (Mon–Thu 2pm–12am). The role covers general duties in Production, including safe overhead crane operation, assisting machine operators, housekeeping and material handling to maintain a safe, continuous production flow.

• 1–3 years of experience working in a team environment; manufacturing or mechanical experience is asset.
• Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and basic manufacturing principles.
• Basic computer, literacy, and numeracy skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Experience operating a forklift, overhead crane or skid steer is asset.

• Ensure correct material is stored in designated areas.
• Assist in organizing and transporting materials so that product flows through shop efficiently and safely.
• Material packing and strapping for shipping.
• Building Pallets.
• Cleaning product and parts with a pressure washer.
• Cutting material accurately as required to required specifications.
• Safely uses and operates basic hand tools (e.g., grinders, drills, hammers, clamps).

THE OPPORTUNITY

Production Pabourer (Afternoon Shift, Monday-Thursday 2pm-12am)

The Production Laborer will perform general duties in the different areas within the Production department, including safe overhead crane operation, assisting machine operators as required, housekeeping and material handling to maintain a safe and continuous flow of production.

Responsibilities May Include:

• Picking, stacking, and storing material safely with the use of overhead crane.
• Ensure correct material is stored in designated areas.
• Assist in organizing and transporting materials so that product flows through shop efficiently and safely.
• Material packing and strapping for shipping.
• Building Pallets.
• Cleaning product and parts with a pressure washer.
• Cutting material accurately as required to required specifications.
• Safely uses and operates basic hand tools, for example angle grinders, drills, hammers, clamps.
