Job summary

Stellantis NV in Canada is seeking a Customer Care Representative (contract position) to manage customer and dealer concerns at our customer contact centre. You will read files in full, research systems, and coordinate with FCA Canada to meet customer needs.

The role requires strong communication, MS Office proficiency, and a team-oriented, customer-focused attitude. Bilingual English/French is preferred and legal eligibility to work in Canada is required.

Qualifications

• College Diploma or higher completed education.
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be Team oriented, self-motivated and customer focused.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Technically oriented and dedicated to providing first rate customer service.

Responsibilities will include

• Reading the customer’s file in its entirety
• Researching all available systems to determine what steps need to be taken to respond to the customer’s concern(s)
• Working with various departments within FCA Canada to ensure the customer’s needs are met
• Contacting all necessary parties to gather pertinent information, updating the Case file records as the file progresses, keeping commitments and including details of the final resolution
• Being committed to a team environment with the ability to provide extraordinary service and delivery of creative and resourceful solutions that will ensure the best interest of our customers

The position is for an existing vacancy.

The pay for this position is $20 to $22 per hour.
