DIVE IN AND MAKE A SPLASH EVERY DAY, BY :

  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, requests and complaints received via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels while maintaining consistency in service quality across all platforms.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of each customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Ensure all interactions are completed within established standards of delivery and service level to facilitate the achievement of member satisfaction, productivity, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist with training and guiding new team members.
  • Process payments from brokers and policy holders.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU BRING TO SANDBOX :

  • High School Grad : Completion of Grade 12 education
  • Experience Counts : A minimum one (1) year experience in underwriting, claims or accounting; or one year customer service, call centre, conflict resolution, customer sales, or customer support role, preferably within the insurance industry
  • Master Communicator : Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Detail Detective : Fantastic detail-orientation skills to make informed decisions when it comes to claims
  • People Person : Friendliness and interpersonal communication skills — the ability to maintain effective working relationships with team members and encouragement of company culture
