Qualifications

Our Moncton, New Brunswick clinic is actively seeking a fully French-English bilingual candidate to work as a Customer Care Representative!

At a high level, you will:

  • Greet clients upon arrival and ensure a smooth visit during their time with us
  • Receive training to work with insurance companies on successful third-party billing operations
  • Conduct cleanings, product maintenance, and minor in-clinic device repairs. We will provide training for this!
