Key Responsibilities of the Customer Care Agent:

• Act as the first point of contact for new and existing customers for all questions, comments, and concerns regarding their services face to face.
• Assist in implementing marketing campaigns designed to drive sales, customer service, and brand growth.
• Collaborate with the Customer Care Agent team to ensure flawless execution of direct sales and customer service initiatives
• Educate customers about any changes or updates in client services and solutions

• Help track and analyze with the Customer Care Agent team customer interactions and sales performance

Qualifications and Requirements for the Customer Care Agent Role:

• 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or as a Customer Care Agent
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and teammates in face-to-face settings
