We're looking for an experienced Custom Metal Fabricator who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and taking pride in producing high-quality work. What You'll Do
  • Fabricate and weld custom sign components, primarily using aluminum and other metals
  • Build and shape channel letters and custom sign structures
  • Interpret technical drawings and transform concepts into finished products
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to overcome fabrication challenges
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and quality
  • Prepare materials for finishing and painting as required
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment
  • Contribute to a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
What You Bring
  • Experience in metal fabrication and MIG welding (aluminum experience is a strong asset)
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Pride in producing quality workmanship
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Previous sign industry experience is considered an asset
