Job summary

Manufacturingjobsite in Richmond, BC is seeking experienced aluminum welders and fabricators to join our team on long‑term, full‑time projects building luxury custom yachts.

You will TIG weld and fabricate aluminum components, read drawings, and work with production and engineering to meet strict quality and safety standards in a shop/yard setting. Experience in marine fabrication is preferred, with a focus on precision and teamwork.

Qualifications

  • Previous aluminum welding and fabrication experience required.
  • Strong proficiency in TIG welding aluminum required.
  • MIG aluminum welding experience is an asset.
  • Marine/shipbuilding fabrication experience is an asset.
  • Ability to read fabrication drawings and specifications.
  • CWB or equivalent welding certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • TIG weld and fabricate aluminum components and structural assemblies.
  • Fit, assemble, and install aluminum structural components with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Read and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and fabrication plans.
  • Use standard fabrication equipment, shop tools, and welding machinery.
  • Support vessel assembly for new builds, refits, and specialty marine projects.
  • Work collaboratively with production, engineering, and other trades.
  • Ensure work meets company safety, quality, and workmanship standards.

About the Role

We are currently seeking experienced Aluminum Welders & Fabricators to join our team in Richmond, BC.

The successful candidates will have hands‑on experience welding and fabricating aluminum, with strong skills in TIG welding. You will fabricate, fit, and weld aluminum components and structural assemblies for custom yachts and marine vessels in accordance with drawings, specifications, and our quality standards.
