You will oversee groundworks, rough-ins, and finishing, ensuring code compliance and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate is a licensed Journeyman Plumber with 5+ years in residential plumbing and 1–2 years in a supervisory role, with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Plumber certification.
• 5+ years residential plumbing with 1–2 years supervisory.
• Strong plumbing system knowledge and codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organization.
• Ability to read blueprints and plans.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day plumbing crews on new residential builds.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials to meet timelines.
• Oversee underground services, rough-ins, water lines, venting, fixtures.
• Ensure work meets codes, safety, and company standards.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks; address deficiencies.
• Liaise with site supervisors, builders, inspectors, and PMs.
• Mentor apprentices and junior plumbers on site.
• Track progress, document updates, and report to management.
• Resolve issues promptly to avoid delays or cost overruns.
• Promote safe, clean, efficient work environment.

We specialize in high-end plumbing and HVAC services, and we’re seeking a motivated and experienced Custom Homes Plumbing Supervisor to lead and manage plumbing crews across multiple custom new construction sites. This role involves overseeing groundworks, rough-ins, and finishing stages, ensuring that all plumbing work meets code requirements and project deadlines. The ideal candidate is a licensed plumber with strong leadership abilities, organizational skills, and hands-on experience in custom residential construction.

Our Custom Homes Plumbing Supervisor earns a competitive wage of $42.00-$45.00/hr, based on skill level and experience.

STABLE, FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE

You’ll typically work Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

OUR IDEAL CUSTOM HOMES PLUMBING SUPERVISOR:

We're Looking For Someone Who Meets The Following Qualifications

• Journeyman Plumber certification
• Minimum 5+ years of residential plumbing experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, residential construction methods, and applicable codes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract

And Who Can Manage These Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities of plumbing crews on residential new build sites
• Coordinate and schedule manpower, equipment, and materials to meet project timelines
• Oversee installation of underground services, rough-ins, water lines, venting, and final fixtures
• Ensure all work complies with plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and address deficiencies as neededRead and interpret blueprints, site plans, and construction drawings
• Liaise with site supervisors, homebuilders, inspectors, and project managers
• Provide on-site guidance and mentorship to apprentices and junior plumbers
• Track project progress, maintain documentation, and report updates to management
• Identify and resolve issues promptly to avoid project delays or cost overruns
• Promote a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
