The University of Ottawa is seeking Teaching Assistants for the Winter 2027 term to support the Introduction to Data Communications and Networking course (CEG3185) at the Main Campus. Responsibilities include tutorials, labs, grading, proctoring and weekly student consultations.

Applicants should have completed the course or equivalent with an A, be ready for an interview, and be comfortable with Matlab and C/C++/Java and network concepts.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of Fourier transform is required.
• Experience with network protocols and TCP/IP is desirable.
• Proficiency in Matlab or socket programming in C/C++/Java is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare for and give tutorials in the course.
• Prepare labs and supervise labs for students.

• Grade labs, quizzes and assignments.

Minimum Requirements
