Job summary

Hourly Rate

AE-RA-Tuteur / TA-RA-Tutor : $33.83 ou/or $53.31 (Sept. 2026 - Aug. 2027)

The academic year starts on September 1 and ends on August 31.

Undergraduate students will be paid at the lower rate; while graduate students will be paid at the higher rate.

These rates do not included vacation pay nor statutory pay.

These rates will be applied until a new collective agreement is ratified. Retro will be paid after the ratification.

Requirements and Nature of Work

The Law Foundation of Ontario Research Fellow will assist with program evaluation and reporting for the Startup Law Clinic and help draft a bilingual, online "Startup Legal Playbook" that walks startup founders through legal issues commonly faced in the startup space.

Upper-year JD or graduate law student with an interest in business law. Prior experience working with the Startup Law Clinic is preferred.

This contract is meant to be renewed in January and end on March 31st, 2027.
