Calfrac Well Services is seeking a Pump Shop Supervisor to join the Maintenance Department. You will maintain the pump shop, support safe fluid end repair, readiness testing, and assist with day-to-day operations across fracturing and coiled tubing services.
Responsibilities include coordinating fluid end work, testing units, operating Class 1 units, and training new hires while adhering to HSE policies and procedures.
The Pump Shop Supervisor will be a member of the Maintenance Department responsible for maintaining the pump shop to ensure safe and efficient fluid end repair/replacement and readiness testing for equipment. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager and taking day-to-day direction from the Fracturing Manager and/or Coiled Tubing Department Supervisor, the Pump Shop Supervisor will focus on providing maintenance and operational assistance including safely operating Class 1 units in the district yard, ensuring adequate materials and supplies are available, as well as adhering to all Calfrac HSE policies and procedures.
