Qualifications

• Class 1 driver’s license and satisfactory driver’s abstract.
• 5+ years of experience in oilfield services with related service lines.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills (Word and Excel); overhead crane certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate removal/installation of all required fluid ends and rebuild components.
• Test units after repairs per District requirements.
• Operate Class 1 units related to Fracturing, Coiled Tubing, and Transport service lines.
• Drive Class 1 vehicles within the district yard and region safely.
• Assist with servicing and maintaining Calfrac equipment.
• Assist with new hire onboarding and training initiatives including shop/yard tours for OaTS.
• Operate the forklift when required.

Job description

The Pump Shop Supervisor will be a member of the Maintenance Department responsible for maintaining the pump shop to ensure safe and efficient fluid end repair/replacement and readiness testing for equipment. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager and taking day-to-day direction from the Fracturing Manager and/or Coiled Tubing Department Supervisor, the Pump Shop Supervisor will focus on providing maintenance and operational assistance including safely operating Class 1 units in the district yard, ensuring adequate materials and supplies are available, as well as adhering to all Calfrac HSE policies and procedures.
