Calfrac Well Services Ltd. is seeking a Pump Shop Supervisor to join the Maintenance Department in Grande Prairie. The role focuses on safe fluid end repair, readiness testing, and supporting yard operations with Class 1 units in the district.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in oilfield services, a Class 1 license, and strong English communication. The position includes shop and yard oversight, safety compliance, and onboarding new hires.
The Pump Shop Supervisor will be a member of the Maintenance Department responsible for maintaining the pump shop to ensure safe and efficient fluid end repair/replacement and readiness testing for equipment. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager and taking day-to-day direction from the Fracturing Manager and/or Coiled Tubing Department Supervisor, the Pump Shop Supervisor will focus on providing maintenance and operational assistance including safely operating Class 1 units in the district yard, ensuring adequate materials and supplies are available, as well as adhering to all Calfrac HSE policies and procedures.

Class 1 driver’s license and satisfactory driver’s abstract
5+ years of experience working in oilfield services and specific service line experience
High School Diploma or GED
Basic computer skills would be beneficial to this position (Microsoft Word and Excel
Overhead crane certification will be an asset
