Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant is required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to listen and understand needs.

Responsibilities

• Be a Brand Ambassador and educate customers about Wild Fork quality.
• Develop product and culinary knowledge to offer recipes and tips.
• Provide a butcher-friendly shopping experience with personalized service.
• Assist customers at check-out and deliver a memorable experience.
• Stock, rotate products, and manage inventory in a cold environment.
• Handle price changes and cash register tasks as needed.
• Process online orders and coordinate timely product handouts for deliveries.
