Legends Haul, a Vancouver-based food manufacturer, is seeking a Production Associate to join the Culinary Department in our East Vancouver facility. You will help prepare and produce high-quality meat products in line with recipes, safety standards, and production schedules.

Under supervision, you will measure ingredients, operate production equipment, portion and label products, and help maintain clean, compliant work areas.

• Follow standardized recipes, formulations, and production instructions with precision.
• Prepare and process meat products including sausages, meatballs, pizza toppings, seasoned meats, and other specialty products.
• Accurately measure, weigh, and mix ingredients according to established specifications.
• Portion, shape, stuff, package, and label products as required.
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process to ensure consistency and compliance with company standards.
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout each shift.
• Conduct visual inspections of raw materials and finished products to identify quality concerns.
• Follow proper handling, storage, and temperature control procedures for food products.
• Report any food safety, quality, or equipment concerns to a supervisor immediately.
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of equipment, tools, and workstations.
• Follow lockout and safety procedures when required.
