Easton's Group of Hotels Inc. is seeking a Culinary Director to lead all culinary operations across our hotel properties. You will set menu strategy, elevate dining quality, and drive guest satisfaction while controlling costs and ensuring safety and compliance.

  • Formal culinary education or equivalent professional certification.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement creative and profitable menu plans that meet diverse customer preferences and dietary requirements.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring adherence to food safety standards and quality control.
  • Manage food and labor costs through effective budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
  • Lead, train, and motivate culinary teams to achieve high performance and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to source quality ingredients at competitive prices.
  • Monitor and analyze restaurant performance metrics to identify opportunities for operational improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all food service locations.

About the Role:

The Culinary Director will manage and mentor kitchen teams, fostering a culture of safety, creativity, and continuous improvement. They will be responsible for controlling food and labor costs, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, and optimizing overall restaurant management practices. Minimum Qualifications:
