In your role, you will provide our guests with an outstanding dining experience by adhering to our standards of quality and service. We support your success and foster an environment with high standards, a positive attitude, and a winning mindset.

Responsibilities :

  • Communicate with management regarding daily menu needs and special events
  • Ensure the kitchen is ready for service (sanitize, stock, prepare ingredients)
  • Prepare food to company standards, accommodating guest requests
  • Inspect food for presentation, portioning, and recipe adherence
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Skills & Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Culinary diploma is an asset
  • Availability to work varied hours
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in high-volume restaurants preferred
