Purpose of the position

We are currently looking for a creative and passionate Cook, who wants to offer an exceptional culinary experience to residents. Permanent full-time position, 35 hours per week, daytime from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. (10 hours per day) and every other weekend.

Specifically, your daily life with us will look like:

• Ensure and optimize quality standards in the use of food
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure good teamwork
• Plan and cook meals in accordance with the appropriate methods and standards
• Manning the warm table, help residences with their choices
• Peel and cut vegetables for meals
• Assemble plates of food
• Ensure the kitchen and equipment are kept clean according to established hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Perform other related duties

Required qualifications:

• Training certification (MAPAQ)
