Job Summary

Performs computerized tomographic procedures for diagnosis, following protocols established by radiologists. Must perform at least 3 procedures such as biopsy, TAVR, coronary, watchman, extremity work for OR planning, ablations, or fiducial placement.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients, select anatomic and technical parameters accurately.
• Administer contrast media and medications within scope and regulations.
• Monitor patient during procedures and report abnormalities.
• Follow radiation safety procedures.
• Maintain alertness and safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Radiology Technology program.
• No experience required.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform related tasks as detailed.
• Licenses and certifications as specified, including BLS, ARRT credentials, and state-specific licenses.
