The Eagle River Mine site has a tight-knit team where everyone knows each other and there is a strong sense of camaraderie and mutual support. The mine is located a short drive from Wawa, deep in the forest where it is scenic and quiet. It is a real ‘boots on the ground’ setting. Team members reside in a camp environment and typically work on rotations, depending on the position. The camp offers excellent food, a sauna/gym, recreational room and the opportunity to stay connected with family and friends.

Join our mill operations team as a Crusher Operator, where you’ll play an important role in the safe and efficient processing of ore. Working directly with the crushing circuit, you’ll operate and monitor crushers, feeders, conveyors, and screening equipment while maintaining consistent material flow and production.
You are a safety-focused and mechanically minded individual who enjoys working with heavy equipment in a fast-paced environment. You have experience operating crushing, conveying, or similar equipment, ideally in a mining or aggregate setting, and are comfortable performing inspections, troubleshooting minor issues, and identifying when additional maintenance support is required. You communicate well, work effectively as part of a team, and take ownership of maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work area.
Shift / Hours of Work: 12-hours
Schedule / Rotation: 14 days on, 14 days off
