Job summary

Shared Health-Soins Communs in Carman, Manitoba seeks a Cross- Trained General Duty Medical Technologist to perform patient care and be part of a multi-disciplinary team. Position supports either lab or radiology general duties with required CAMRT/CSMLS credentials and Manitoba licensure.

The role includes on-call rotations, standby coverage, and safety/compliance with quality assurance. Minimum qualifications include radiography or laboratory tech education and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Medical Radiography program with CAMRT eligibility and registration within three months.
• Graduate of an approved Medical Laboratory Technology program with CSMLS eligibility.
• Graduate of an approved Laboratory or Radiology Assistant Program.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient/resident care within scope of training.
• Deliver technical, administrative and operational support as part of the multi-disciplinary team.
• Maintain safe environment and comply with quality assurance programs.
• Follow Accreditation standards and organizational policies.
