We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Cross-Border Tax Manager to join our growing tax department. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of progressive public accounting experience with a strong focus on Canadian and U.S. cross-border taxation, international tax planning, and compliance for individuals, corporations, trusts, and partnerships.
This role will be responsible for managing client engagements, providing strategic tax guidance, reviewing complex tax filings, mentoring staff, and developing strong client relationships. The successful candidate will work closely with partners and other senior professionals to deliver innovative tax solutions to a diverse client base with international operations and reporting requirements.

Work Location: This is a hybrid role (Toronto, Peterborough, Winnipeg)
Compensation: This position offers a starting salary range of $120,000 to $170,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate’s education, relevant experience, and skills.
