Job summary

Contrans Vrac is hiring full-time truck drivers for Canada/US routes. The role involves pre-trip inspections, loading and unloading bulk materials, tarping, and trailer maintenance across multiple facilities. Expect physical work, cross-border travel, and adherence to safety protocols.

Applicants must hold an AZ license with a clean CVOR/Driver's Abstract and pass pre-employment drug/alcohol testing. Training on Peoplenet ELD will be provided.

Qualifications

• Physically able to climb 12 ft into/out of dump trailers.
• Able to lift 20–25 kg repeatedly during loading/unloading.
• Minimum 1 year heavy haul OR 3 years over-the-road experience.
• AZ license required and valid.
• CVOR and Drivers Abstract clean.
• Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-trip inspections and safety checks.
• Load and unload bulk/dump products.
• Tarp trailers and secure tarps during operation.
• Clean trailers after unloading and manage debris.
• Remove cross bows from trailer tops as needed.
• Enter/exit the tractor multiple times daily.
• Operate vehicle on Canada/US routes with varying driving time.
