Job summary

Gowling WLG in Canada is seeking a CRM Coordinator to manage the firm’s CRM data, reports, and user support. The role focuses on data accuracy, quality, and consistency across records, contacts, and opportunities, delivering insights to drive business growth.

Based in Canada with a hybrid in-office schedule, you will develop lists, reports, and training materials, collaborate with BD, Marketing, and IT, and help ensure the CRM delivers measurable value for client relationships and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
• 2–3+ years of CRM/marketing tech in B2B or professional services.
• Tech-savvy with data tools and MS 365.
• Able to learn new platforms quickly.
• Proven CRM data quality experience: updating, enriching, deduplicating.
• Ability to create reports, dashboards, and views.
• Knowledge of Canadian privacy and CASL basics.
• Strong accountability, teamwork, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Keep CRM data accurate, current and consistent through updates, enrichment and deduplication.
• Monitor data quality, flag issues and implement fixes.
• Support ongoing clean-up projects to improve CRM reliability.
• Act as first point of contact for CRM questions and issues.
• Create reports and saved views for stakeholders.
• Assist with testing CRM updates and new features.
• Maintain guides and training materials for users.
• Collaborate with BD, Marketing and IT to streamline processes.
